Your ATOL Certificate
When you book an ATOL-protected holiday, you must receive an ATOL Certificate after making your payment. This certificate confirms your protection and identifies who is responsible for your booking. Keep this document safe - it's your proof of protection.

What's Not Covered
ATOL protection has specific limitations. The following are not covered by ATOL:
Medical expenses during your trip
Trip cancellations for personal reasons
Complaints about service quality or substandard conditions
Sickness or illness while travelling
Flights purchased directly from airlines with valid e-tickets upon payment
Important: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical expenses, cancellations, lost baggage, and other scenarios not covered by ATOL.
Booking Through Travel Agents
ATOL holders can sell their holidays through travel agents. This means travel agents don't need their own individual ATOL licences. When you book through us, your ATOL Certificate will clearly identify who is providing your financial protection.
